So I have no fucking clue how to convert this shit to mp4. I used a program but can’t find a free site to finalize the conversion. Halp!
I've re-encoded the videos using handbrake and optimal settings. The original files were encoded with "Variable Frame Rate" ie VFR causes audio sync issues. I re-encoded using "Constant Frame Rate" I trimmed out all the "nugs.net" scenes using a lossless method. I've broken out the videos into 4 parts. Basically the 4 sets 311 performed and named them so that PLEX views them as a continuous video. I've also added named chapters to all of the videos. It's been a bit of work and time!
Dude, kick ass! I would love to grab a copy of your files. Did you throw in the mp3s/flac for better sound than the webcast had? I was thinking the chapters could be determined based on where each mp3/flac starts/ends...
I'm currently editing larrydavid's webcast files (thanks again for ripping the vids, man). I'm lining up the mp3s to replace the webcast audio. Then I plan to break them up into 4 sets and add chapters that will stick close to where the mp3s start and end, except where I think it would be better to change it. I think this would be much more fun to watch for everyone, especially replacing that audio. When you compare them, the mp3s sound so much better. I will say, it's really too bad Nick was so pitchy throughout the shows. I've actually started going through and rating each song depending on how bad mistakes are, and Nick's singing is usually the biggest issue if there is one. I may go back a second time around for my own sake and cut out the songs with particularly egregious mistakes. (For instance, "How Do You Feel" is a great song but Nick badly flubs "the wo-o-orld" both times around.)
PTP deleted the videos, not shockingly. But we got to share them a bit more easily for a short period of time, so small favors.
If no one else will, I'll get it to ya. Just give me a few days to get around to uploading it and I'll send you a link. Do you want just the original webcast rip? I also edited it up (better sound, using the mp3s) for a bluray I made, and I can see about getting that to you as well, if you're at all interested.

I only had the originals on drive previously. Depending on the size I may have some room left to host
