You forgot Places and Dodging Raindrops
I was there. My friend Drew to my knowledge recorded it but I haven’t heard from him in about a decade. Drew you a MC?
Jesus, I've missed like 25 pages. I'm assuming mostly rambling about nothing as per usual?
It's potato quality as it was synced to my google music account but here's the paradise copy I have. No doubt NOT any better than the others posted.
edit: it's 192 =(

Gonna do more drumming
Yeah, I just see the theoretical "setlist options" for those and just think, "dang, those songs would be a lot better if they don't do acoustic versions."
Acoustic shma shmoo stick
Its like... "yo we took these rad songs and made them suck a little."
It’s like when Incubus does Pardon Me acoustic live or Foo Fighters does Everlong acoustic live
I ain’t come here to see that bullshit version, refund needed up in this bitch
Nick and Zack Hexum played an acoustic set of some 311 songs at a benefit concert in Utah about 8 years back. It was cool, but you could definitely tell Nick was out of his comfort zone. If they do it again, I would hope they practice a little more.
Lol, I’m not Drew. There was only one kid in my area named Drew. He dated the hottest girl in school for several years, but she broke up with him because she wanted to go to the bone zone and he didn’t feel comfortable doing so. Mistakes were made.
And thanks for tracking down this precious gem of a performance dudes! This shit is taking me back.
And for the acoustic haters
Go ahead and try to tell me that the version of Paradise we are talking about...with Chad speeding up the drums, and the hyped crowd...go ahead and tell me that doesn’t give you a tingle deep down in your plumbs.
You can’t fuck with 2001 Nick Hexum. He probably played that show in a Ginsing tank top, cargo shorts, and his classic bleached hair/goatee combo. He had likely fucked a Pussy Cat Doll within that very same month. Happier times.
I liked the whole acoustic set. You Wouldnt Believe was the shit
I watch a podcast called Dude Soup where one of the guys just brought up 311, saying that SA "used" to rap. Basically, he said, to his understanding, that it's Nick's operation now and that he's unsure as to whether or not SA has been relegated to a hype man.
No one else on the show knew what the hell this guy was talking about.
Got a link?
I mean he's not wrong
6:08 - 6:47ish. I did a terrible job paraphrasing the guy, but he pretty much wonders if SA is a hype man now lol.
Exactly, the fact that he "doesn't know about" 311, yet was kind of dead-on about that hurt a little. SA really is getting shafted.
Yet SA gets featured with the best parts of Stainless, What The?!, Better Space and Rolling Through
I don't really give two shits about acoustic versions songs. I want to see songs that fuck.
That being said, I love Seems Uncertain. *shrug*
